No Such Thing as a Germ

What I believe about my health has DRAMATICALLY changed over the years. I remember the many stages I have gone through. Each of them a place of better understanding, and appreciation for knowing more. Today I find myself at another, very new to me, perspective that is even better than the last. First I will tell you the other perspectives that brought me to this one.
Many years ago when I was working for other people I felt overly responsible for my position and for me it would be too much pain to feel the guilt of being sick from work, so knowing about the power of my words I would state to myself all the time, “I only get sick on the weekend” And sure enough that is exactly what happened. I didn’t miss any days of work, but I still got sick on my own time.
I think I’ve always had the belief that you just don’t get sick in the summer. I remember hearing about friends having a cold in August and it felt unbelievable to me. It’s like I must think that germs and viruses just vanish in the nice weather.
This eventually led me to thinking and believing that we all get sick now and then so I choose to limit to only once a year. I felt I was powerful enough to keep it away, but I guess I felt it was only fair to give into it once a year. What a weird thing to think now that I see it from where I am now. As if I knew I could influence my health but I felt like I was cheating so I gave myself a penalty for being healthy. BY the way, you guessed it, my health followed my thinking and I would only get sick once a year.
I eventually figured that if it is all about germs and viruses then I just have to avoid the little critters to stay healthy. This went hand in hand with my new understandings in building up my immune system through better nutrition, rest, and exercise. DURING THIS phase I would be scrupulous about washing hands and touching things. Working around small children all the time is, as a friend of mine says, like working in a Petri-dish. I would never eat around the children for fear of transferring those germs into my own system. Through this thinking I feel I actually took a step backwards because there are just too many moving parts to be in control of, and of course you are going to slip up. And sure enough I would slip up and would be sick now and then and I would then look back to what I did to cause it. I always found it to be some instance when I had let down my guard.
I think many people are at this place now. These days many people are getting into eating better and taking better care of their bodies. This is a great thing and I am not saying there is any thing wrong in this. But I will say that this is still a limited way of perceiving our true power.
Another big leap came when I adjusted my reaction to the symptoms of what I used to call the beginning of being sick. Where I used to say “Dam, I messed up and caught something, now I am sick”, I instead started saying, “Good I feel my immune system working.” Then I would send my immune system my love and appreciation for giving me the signs of a wonderful system that keeps me healthy. I am not kidding you it has happened a half dozen times now and each and every time my symtoms just disappear within hours.
This brings me to what I just discovered,
Listening to a series of health lectures I heard Larry Crane say “there is no such thing as a germ”.
“Interesting”, I thought. Then I really thought about it. Actually I really like that. Could it be true? Well, what do I know about reality. I know that we create our own reality through the thoughts we think and the way we perceive our environment (this environment that is made up of energy). So I am convinced that Larry is right, there are no such things as germs. And it would be in my best interest to think about that as much as possible. So I am.

Drink Your Spinach

I have been sliding into the Raw Foods way of life since this spring when I watched the Ortner family, Nick, Jessica, and Alex present a DVD they had produced called Raw for Life. This began my search for better nutrition through using green leafy food in a new way, blended or juiced. I loved it right from the beginning.
Today I have noticed that I have gone through a few stages along the way, and I’m sure there will be more to come. The first few times I made a smoothie I prepared a lot of food to eat with it. I no longer do this. One smoothie goes a long way I have learned. It has so much nutrition that you don’t need a lot of it. And it is the right kind of food for you body, so if you are hydrated enough, and not taking in a lot of sugar you will probably not get hungry for about 4 hours.
Another milestone is when you start craving the chlorophyll taste. At the beginning you may not like it but it grows on you. You can hide that taste with Agave, honey and fruits to begin with. Then just add less and less sugars and fruit over time. Bananas are very good for covering that taste. I no longer put sugars in, but I am still using a few fruits, and more greens.
When you begin I think it is important to never force yourself to eat anything. What ever you try must be fun and taste good. Giving up the foods that you grew up eating is like pushing against a very solid wall. I would recommend eliminating a few things at a time. Most can give up meat fairly easily, but dairy products are a bit harder. White cane sugar can first be replaced by better alternatives like Agave nectar, or Honey. Bread is another tough one for some. I was able to just stop buying it because I have no one else eating here. But still I ended up buying a few loaves of Chinese milk bread as I walked by a T&T. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have most of it in my freezer.
If you decide that Raw Foods are what you want to eat you might begin by buying a good book or two. I bought David Wolfe’s Superfoods, Sergei and Valya Boutenko’s Eating without Heating, and Green Smoothie Revolution by Victoria Boutenko (Sergei and Valya’s mother).
There is also a lot of videos and info on the internet. A friend turned me onto Dan the Regenerator, and Dave the Raw Food Trucker. These two are making videos all the time, giving recipes, and sharing info. Awesome!

What Does Allowing Really Mean?

In the last few weeks I have been doing any experiment. I have known for the longest time that if we are to manifest the things we are really wanting in our lives we are to ALLOW. I thought I understood this but many times caught myself doing the opposite. I’m sure you all know what I mean. Then what happens when you catch yourself? You make it bigger by chastising yourself, beating yourself up, and by trying really hard to figure out HOW to do it so you will “do it right” next time.

All of these things, by the way, are very far away from the vibration of allowing. So I started to take it easier on myself. I started to appreciate the little things along the way. Like talking to myself like this,

“Oh dear, did I just say that? Well good for me for noticing, I’ve come a long way. I use to do that all the time and I had no idea it was perpetuating my reality. Now I know more about it. I am so excited that I am more aware these days and I know I influence everything in my experience. I love knowing this and practicing it, and getting better, and better at being it. I can see how it is changing my life. I love my life.”

When you have a self chat like that instead of beating yourself up when you goof-up you will be easing into a place you have not gone before. It will come more naturally every time after that. After you consciously start doing this you will even get excited when you slip because you will have another chance to practice. Then one day you will notice that you have not slipped up for a very long time. A smile will come over your lips and you will be feeling really good about it all.

More Exciting Stories About Zero Point Energy

My life has been in overdrive since coming across the Amega Amwand in March. A couple of personal experiences, first I was at a business meeting in CA last week. On the second day I woke up with a splitting headache and I threw-up before heading down to the seminar starting at 8am. I wasn't going to miss it, I paid a lot of money for it! But I had to go back up to my room after only 10 minutes, as I felt like throwing -up again.
In the room I laid down with the pendant under my pillow and the two wands I have in the bed next to me, and went to sleep. I woke up at 11am feeling like I had never been sick. There wasn't a trace of feeling awful. So I rushed downstairs to join the seminar.
During a break a woman came up to me asking about the Amega wand. No one at this seminar had heard about the Zero Point stuff yet, so when the word got around that we had something unusual many came up to us asking about it. She had a bad headache so I wanded her. This was during a break so we didn't have much time. I decided to give her my pendant to wear remembering how well it helped me earlier. About 30 minutes later I was regretting that decision. I was starting to feel nauseous again. Bernie gave me his pendant to wear and then I was fine again.
During the four days of the conference I must have wanded about 10 people. Everyone was very positive about it and most said they felt heat or movement in their body during the wanding.
One of the women we met had a bad back and has been using a magnetic mat for about a year. I was surprised to hear that in that time she still has to use it so often.

The next experience I had was a car accident yesterday. I have been driving for 35 years and have never had an accident. Yesterday while going through a four way stop I was struck by a truck that failed to stop. He hit me at the back passenger wheel area, and the impact spun the van 360, I was thrown sideways into the middle of my car. I felt OK, I was after all wearing my pendant. A few hours later though my back started to feel sore all down my left side.
That evening I attended an Amega demo. Patrick wanded my back and I felt the pain slip away. This morning I woke up to no pain at all in my back. My van was a write off, so I am going car shopping this weekend. And I am so grateful I do not have to go through pain or suffering because of this.

Pranic Healing

I am learnign about the energies of the body. Pranic Healing is a very good source of nformation about this. The book I have compares Pranic to Theraputic Touch, Reiki, and acupuncure. Looks like Pranic has a few advantages, these being the use of colour for specific problems, and is simple to learn and use.

SuperBrain Yoga

Today as I was reading one of my books I got at the Library yesterday, Your Hands Can Heal You by Stephen Co, I was very intrigued and began doing a search for the author and more info. I watched the following video. Glad I found this. It is a very simple exercise that has many mental benefits. See the video for that too. The instructions are below, but if you watch the video first you will see how it is done. I intend to start doing this simple exercise each morning.

Instructions
Step 1Face the sunrise. This form of yoga should be done in the morning, so that your concentration and stress relief will apply throughout the whole day. If you do not know in which direction the sun rises in relation to your room, wake up a little earlier than normal and watch before doing your yoga.

Step 2Take your left hand and hold your right earlobe with your pointer finger and thumb. Make sure that the thumb is facing away from you. Remove any jewelry before proceeding.

Step 3Take your right hand and hold your left earlobe with your pointer finger and thumb. Once again, make sure that your thumb is facing away from you, and remove any jewelry from this ear as well.

Step 4Continue to hold your lobes as you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

Step 5Inhale through your nose and slowly squat down to the ground.

Step 6Hold your breath and do not exhale until you start making your way back up to a standing position. Continue holding your lobes and sticking your tongue to the roof of your mouth as you perform this move.

Step 7Repeat this action 14 more times, for a total of 15. You may not notice a change immediately, but after a few weeks an improvement in concentration should become apparent.

All Healing Comes from Within

I have to apologize first for not finishing my blog yesterday. I got sidetracked as I often do, and forgot to get back to it. I do want to write about that subject, but first I want to write about something that has my attention today. I have been wondering about meridian points, the chakras, and learning about the known body energies that have been documented. I have picked up a book on Foot Reflexology, one on Acupuncture & Acupressure, and one on Healing with Hands. I have also been quite interested in EFT and Tapping lately too. Today I will write a bit about the Foot Reflexology first.
I have been just touching different parts of my feet with my wand, and I feel a tingling sensation, more than I do on my palm. When I first got my wand I did feel this tingling in my feet, but I have never wanded my feet before today. This should be interesting. I am going to wand the points on my foot and report on what I find.

Zero Point ENergy and Scalar, What's the Difference?

There is a difference in Scalar and Zero Point Energies. Scalar has been around for a while. It is the technology with magnets.

A Neat Scanner My New Toy

Just bought a receipt scanner today. If you know me, you know that I HATE receipts. With four businesses those receipts are multiplying like rabbits. I have been wanting to get a receipt scanner for a long time now, just wanted to get the right one and have the time to learn how to use it. Well I still don't have the time to learn to use it, but I will have to plough through it anyway. It is a cute little thing, costing about $160 at Costco. I really hope it will bring more fun to my book keeping experiences. I don't believe I just said that.

Amega & other wands Review Website

Found this site today that talks about many different kinds of lasers and wands. They have created a bunch of videos, but I find that they are hard to follow. Most are only about 30 seconds, or a few minutes. There was one that could have been a good demo of a arthritic dog being wanded, but the video stopped during the wanding so you don't get to see what happens. Most videos are just asking people if they feel sensations or a taste difference, and the pain demos, most are not wanded for very long at all. Overall a very hard to follow review because they don't really tell you which wand is which. They do rate the wands and have one wand coming higher than the Amega wand. Take a look maybe you can make some sense of it.
http://scalarpower.info/
The page on pendants was not to hard to read. I am beginning to realize that I don't know very much about the history of all this scalar and magnetic energy in healing. I think I am going to do a bit of investigating.

My First Wanding Day

Yesterday I wanded three different people. First a friend of mine, her son had a terrible condition that had sent him to the hospital for a week. The condition had subsided but he was left with a sore leg. She had also hurt herself. Her little finger had been crushed with a heavy chair falling on it. I will call her today and find out how they are doing.
Then I went out to a Women in Business networking meeting to meet some new friends. I took my wands with me to show them and ended up wanding a woman that had sciatic pain. Wanded her for a little while and passed the other wand around. At the end of the evening this woman call over to me and said her pain was gone, and she wasn't sure if it was the wand or the excitement of the evening, but if it was gone tomorrow she was going to be telling everyone about this wand. Then she gave me a great big hug. Wow this is so uplifting to be a part of something so positive. I can't wait for my next interaction.
I really don't like being in the spot light, so I guess that is why when I got home I started getting a visual disturbance which means a migraine is coming. I quickly got ready for bed, hoping I could fall asleep before it began. As I covered myself up, I realised that I don't have to ever worry about the pain of a migraine again because I have at the tip of my fingers a wand that will remind my body of it's true source. I smiled as I put one wand beside me and the other one under my pillow. I fell asleep right away. Today I woke up feeling healthy and alive, as usual.
I Love my life!

Knock Off Wands & Amega Blogs

I just made a comment on a blog I found

http://makemoneyeasy-online.blogspot.com/

The Amega Wand topic has come up with a lot of comments. But I just noticed that the owner of the blog has not posted since that post. I will add more places to go to as I find them.

Another interesting thing that has come up is the knock off wands. They use the Amega name in the website, I guess just to create traffic, but they sell their wand for a very low price. There is a difference, and these other wands do not come from the same company. You will notice that there are no addresses or names on these sites. Here is a website that explains more about the differences in the wands.

Experimenting with the Wand

I have at least three experiments going on with my Amega Wand at the moment. I will post the results here when they are complete.

I just had a tiny cut on my finger, and it was a little infected so the skin was still open. I wanded it for a minute or two about a half hour ago. I just looked at it and when I bend it I can see that the skin has closed over. It is still red but when I press on it it doesn't hurt at all.
I'm off to bed now,
Kim

Buried under Bookwork

Don't you love this time of the year! It is great outside, everything is growing and blooming, and inside us crazy humans are knee deep in receipts, and bank statements. This year I have learned to delegate. I have my 16 y.o. daughter Rochelle entering those dam things into the books. She should be able to take over by September, and then I will be FREE!!

What Can This Wand Do?

I have been doing lots of things with this Amega wand. It is generally not too far away from me during the day, and at night I place it on the bed pointing toward me. Things I have noticed:
I am drinking more water through the day.
I don't feel like drinking coffee so have stopped.
I have had a dramatic increase in vision. I have been only using my glasses to work on the computer.
The Roseacea on my face has gotten smaller, I will post the pictures when it is completely gone. I am taking pictures everyday.
When my eyes got sore just before bedtime last night I just circled each eye a couple times and they felt better.

I have no other injuries or pain so I will have to go out soon and start wanding others. I have a friend with a Nursing home I plan to go over there this week. I ave told her about it and she was interested in seeing it. Another friend has a son that is very sick. He was in the hospital for nearly a week. I will be going over there on Tuesday.

Entertainers had to work a lot harder for their money in those days. Do you know anyone this flexible?

The Vortexters

I have a group of friends from an Abe list that had the idea that we would text each other throughout the day to keep each other uplifted. It is so nice for me being by myself usually to hear that cell phone blip every once and a while and to know there are others out there virtually holding my hand through the day. I Even take my cell to preschool with me and I have told the kids about my friends. It's funny now when the blip goes off during class I have at least five kids scrambling to tell me one of my friends is talking to me. Realizing that we are all trying to stay in the vicinity of the vortex Linda came up with the name for our group, the Vortexters. There is a very special energy in getting together with a group of like minded friends. I did it once before at a time that I was starting a business, and I have to say I think it was a powerful influence to getting it going.
Keep smiling,
Kim

Best Results When Wanding

I found out something very interesting today concerning my Amega wand. I had been trying all day yesterday to wand away the pain in my shoulder. It is related to an old injury in my spine. I kept thinking that I just needed to get the right spot, but nothing I tried worked. Today I asked my daughter to wand it while I relaxed and shut my eyes. It was magic, in about 2 minutes it was gone. She also put the wand above my head just pointing down and I could feel a waterfall effect showering down on me. I was totally blown away. I will from now on insist that anyone being wanded relax and close eyes.

The things I am wanding with my AMega AMwand

I have had my Amega wand now for almost a week. Now that I have it I have been wanding everything with it. Water tasts amazing. Actually it is more than a taste it feels different. My sciatic pain has not come back. I had a hang nail one day and just touched the wand to it for about a minute and the pain was gone. The most exciting thing I am doing though is restoring my vision. I am wanding my eyes and my ability to see is increasing. I will wait until it is fully back to 20/20 to report it officially. Another thing I am working on is Roseacea that I have had on my face for the last 15 years. The area I am working on is getting smaller each day, and I have no doubt that it will be fully cleared up by the end of this month.

Sciatic Pain

This is the continuation of the Amega story. As I was saying, I had joined up with Amega because I was blown away by this device that can make pain disappear. Well apparently a lot of people were similarly taken with it because during the month of March 2010 there were so many orders for the products that everything got bunged up. Everyone was waiting for orders, then people were signing up and the merchant account which was stationed in Singapore was not working properly and all kinds of problems were happening. Some orders were being charged twice. I think it was just a case of the company being unprepared for such fast growth. But to Amega's defence, they worked hard night and day to resolve the glitches, and by mid April had a new Merchant account in United States, and had hired very qualified people to handle the different aspects of organising such a large project.
I, however, was still waiting for my wand some 5 weeks after I placed my order. I am telling you all this because I did, through out this time, have sciatic pain. It had started back in November 2009 and was usually with me every day getting gradually worse through the day. After that first demo I went to the pain suddenly went away and that lasted for a few days. When it came started to hurt again I was almost happy about it, because I wanted to use my own wand to take this pain away.
Well it wasn't to be. I went to another demo the first week of April, taking my daughter and boyfriend. This time I again sat right near the presenter. And again my sciatic pain went away just being in the vicinity of this energy. I didn't realize it until a day later that my pain had left. This time it never came back, and it has been over 10 days since then. I was a bit disappointed because I did want it to be one of the things to use my wand on. Oh well, I was happy the pain was gone.

There are lots of things growing out there in my backyard. Haven't had much chance yet to look after it, but it looks like it is doing alright without me. My Olive Tree is still alive, and the Lillies of the Valleys are flowering this year. They are in the second picture.

Tulips are just opening. I hope the Mickey Mouse ones come up this year. I am also hoping that the Irises bloom this year, I moved them thinking they did not get enough hours of sunshine last year.

Be Prepared to be Amazed

My intention with this blog is to chronicle my experiences with my Amega AMwand.

I first heard about Amega and this technology at a demo. I only knew that it had something to do with pain relief, and I was told to be prepared to be amazed. Knowing it was some healing modality I took a good friend with me, one who has a number of health concerns. As we sat in the over- crowded room we did watch in amazement as the effects of this technology seemed very miraculous. Most relevant to me was that my friend who had carpal tunnel and other injuries to her wrist was wanded, and her relief was evident. Also I had sciatic pain in my right leg and it had suddenly disappeared (I had been sitting right beside the presenter).

As we walked out of that first demo we were both already deciding not if we were going to purchase something, but which tool - wand or pendant.

We were good though we slept on it for a few days. During those few days I knew this was something that was going to not only change my world but everyone's world. Have you ever been one of the first ones to see something really important? I was excited, I was wanting everyone to know about this, I was curious and read everything I could get my hands on.

Having studied Electronics I had already been drawn into quantum physics years ago. I knew that it was common scientific knowledge now that all matter is made up of nothing but energy. I had heard about the quantum vacuum but never really went into that far. As I did my research and uncovered lots of interesting stuff, from inventions of zero point energy generating power to run motors, to The Hutchison Effect.

About 3 days after seeing the demo I decided to not only buy a wand, but to also become a distributor. I have tried Network Marketing in the past and sadly realised I was not a salesman. I had vowed not to ever do it again. I chose to sell the wand because, not only is it an item that sells itself, but I will be on the front lines of taking this new technology to the world. I see this as a revolutionary change in the way we experience pain, and on a much larger scale the beginning of a evolutionary change in our species. I believe this is a stepping stone to a day when we will live more in harmony with ourselves and nature.
